We are looking to grow our team at payrollmalta.com by recruiting an Accounts Clerk to join our operations! 

Within this role you will be responsible for: 

  • Book-keeping and basic accounting duties up to trial balance level,
  • Issuing payments,
  • Chasing debtors, 
  • Posting of invoices,
  • Handling bank reconciliation,
  • Preparing weekly payment runs,
  • Assisting in the preparation of VAT reporting and reconciliation,
  • Doing accounts related administration.

If you have an A-level in accounts (or equivalent), have strong knowledge of Xero software, coupled with a one-year experience working in a similar role, we would like to hear from you.

The selected candidates must demonstrate excellent organisational skills and be highly attentive to detail. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a closely-knit team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Maltese and English are a must. 

Salary: €18,000-€20,000
