We are looking for a Payroll Executive to join our fantastic team! As a Payroll Executive, you will be working within a client-centric environment, and you will also be exposed to different industries and payroll processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Payroll calculations for a portfolio of clients
- Migrations and parallel runs
- Ad hoc Reporting
- Jobsplus Management
- Leave Management
- Time & Attendance
- Issuing Invoices
- Processing Salary Payments
- Processing FS5 Payments
What You’ll Need:
- An A-Level standard of education.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience handling the Maltese payroll life cycle will be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of payroll software, mainly Shireburn or Talexio, will be regarded as an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
